Preeceville and District Health Care Facility

This facility is operated by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, through the Sunrise Health Region. The facility has undergone major construction and renovations enabling most of our services to be under one roof. The newly constructed section of the facility has a beautiful stainless steel kitchen, common eating area, hairdressing room and a pulpit for church services.

The long-term care section has four wings with 10 rooms on each wing. Twenty rooms have ceiling tracks to help maneuver the patients, which makes it easier for both the patient and the staff.  Each wing has its own fireplace and common area with kitchen facilities for patient get-togethers with family and friends. The rest of the facility contains the hospital which has 10 acute care beds, laboratory and x-ray, the office for home care, the emergency department and the medical clinic. The center currently has three physicians and a nurse practitioner.  For an appointment call 306-547-3098.
